34th ASPULL INTERNATIONAL 2011

Wigan and Leigh Wrestling Club took Nine wrestlers to Robin Park on the 11th and 12th November 2011 with excellent results, including a coveted best wrestler in category award.

Gold Medalists

Jack Grundy, Joe Seddon, Charlie Meadows (Best Wrestler Award).

Silver Medalists

Anthony Kime, Cameron Ashcroft.

Bronze Medalists

Terry Kime.

Fourth Place

Bailey Ashcroft, Sam Bamber, Kian Johnson.

Almost 200 wrestlers entered the competition and all the coaches were incredibly proud of the teams outstanding efforts. 

DERBYSHIRE OPEN 2011

Wigan and Leigh Wrestling Club took Nine wrestlers to Wirksworth, Derbyshire on the 8th October 2011 with excellent results.

Bronze Medalists

Cameron Ashcroft, Bradley Hart, Kian Johnson.

With 141 wrestlers entering the competition coaches Dave Grundy and Lee Meadows were happy with the teams efforts on the day. 

WIGAN AND LEIGH PRESENTATION 2011

Wigan and Leigh Wrestling Club presented their wrestlers with Awards for all their hard work over the past year. Well Done to all involved and we hope that next year is even more successful.
