- Do i have to be very fit to join?
- No our job is to get you fit. Everyone has to start somewhere and if
you have not done much physical exercise for some time our coaches will
work with you to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
- If i don’t want to compete can i still come along to the sessions?
- Yes. We welcome anyone to our club whether or not they wish to
wrestling competitively. Many members come from other sporting
backgrounds and use our sessions as cross training. Some members are
from Rugby, Judo and Mixed Martial Arts.
- How many members do you have?
- We have around 40 – 50 members. Members age range starts from 3
years right the way up to adults.
- Do the sessions cater for both male and female members?
- Yes. Everyone is treated the same and our classes are mixed. There
are as many female members who attend the sessions as there are male.
Many of our female members also wrestle in competitions.
